Where can I find live classes?

All classes are live on Sofia Prime.

For recorded classes, access our video library by selecting 'library' in the footer.

Why do I have to leave the camera on?

Accepted Answer

All users must leave their camera on during class. We do this for two reasons.

1. For safety.
2. Our classes are live and our instructors are here to guide, support and provide feedback. We cannot do this if your camera is turned off.

During meditation, feel free to turn the camera to the side, just off of your face.
