At the bottom of the screen, select ‘Create an account.’ Select ‘Continue with Email', Facebook, Google, or Apple. Enter your first name, last name, and email address. Select 'Create Account.' Check your email for a confirmation message. Go to your email and verify your email address, and you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Return to Prime, refresh your screen, and you will be redirected to complete your profile. Select ‘Complete Your Profile’. Fill out your name, address, location, and emergency contact information. Select ‘Create Account’. Registration is now complete! You will receive an email confirmation when your registration has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hrs. Once your account has been processed you'll be able to sign up for classes. *FOR VA accounts, after registration, please allow up to 24 hours for us to assign your free membership to your account. Go to veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com. Select 'Classes.' Choose the date you want to attend class. From the available classes listed, select 'Sign Up' next to the class you want to join. To view your scheduled classes, from the class page, select 'My Account' on the top right of the calendar. Then click on 'Schedule' to view all classes you are signed up for. Each time a class is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your virtual class. Click the link provided in your confirmation email or text. You will receive the link 1 hour prior to class. Your link will take you directly into the Zoom class. Be sure to turn your camera on. If your microphone is on, be sure there is not a lot of background noise. You can always mute yourself and unmute if/when you need the instructor's attention. We carefully select and onboard instructors from our pool of Sofia Health professionals, conducting over 300 live classes every month. We're dedicated to increasing accessibility to holistic health, and all this comes at a subscription fee of just $20 per month. Veterans First is for eligible individuals in select locations.
