Sophia’s journey with yoga began when she attended a class with exercise friends, sparking an immediate connection that deepened into a lifelong passion. Inspired by yoga’s transformative effects, she pursued studies in yoga and Ayurveda, integrating their principles into her daily life. Through consistent practice and Ayurvedic lifestyle choices, she experienced profound healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—which fueled her commitment to sharing these benefits with others.


Her dedication to holistic wellness led her to earn multiple 200-hour yoga certifications, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential, and a Master’s degree in Health Promotion from Maryland University of Integrative Health, specializing in Workplace Wellness. As a consultant, she has worked with individuals and groups, applying a whole-person approach to well-being through personalized solutions.
