Known for her hearty and full body laugh, Lisa Long, M.A. meets people where they are in the present moment. She passionately believes in the healing potential of movement.

As a Certified Yoga Therapist and Instinctive Meditation Guide, she loves to help people get to know themselves better, relieving pain and increasing function and quality of life. With a zest for life as a Certified Anusara Teacher, she's fascinated by anatomy. Her precise cues cultivated from Universal Principles of Alignment reflect her ongoing curiosity and study of the body / heart / mind.

Lisa's also a Comprehensive Pilates Certified Teacher, Franklin Method Educator, and Certified AFAA/NASM Group Fitness Instructor. When not helping others feel better, you'll find her hiking to a waterfall or riding her bike.
