Katie's journey into yoga started during college as a unique way to stay active.
Recognizing its physical benefits and inner transformation, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2006 and has been teaching and learning ever since.
Katie promotes energizing yet mindful movement, offering diverse classes, from restorative to dynamic poses. Meditation and sound healing also feature in her teachings, helping students center and connect.
Her aim is to leave students feeling revitalized, aligned, and at ease after each class.
