about me

Trained in gymnastics, dance, yoga and more than 12 different martial arts, Julio teaches his students to move powerfully and authentically through life, leveraging their mind and body wisdom to create lives that suit their unique bodies, lifestyles, and goals.

He also teaches them how to heal injuries, reduce pain and protect themselves from getting injured again, so that they can enjoy their bodies and lives as nature intended. This means more energy, greater focus and ease in movement.

By working with Julio, clients/students not only become healthier, they also become more effective, productive, and happier at work and in their daily lives.
