Jessica Watson initiated her fitness journey as a devoted young dancer, cultivating a profound love for movement. This passion transformed over the years into various activities, including hiking, kayaking, and martial arts. Earning a brown belt in Shotokan karate, Jessica gained a deeper understanding of the intricate connection between breath and movement.


This understanding seamlessly translated into the realm of yoga, where Jessica began teaching in 2015. Demonstrating her commitment to holistic wellness, she holds diverse certifications, including a 500hr CYT (Certified Yoga Teacher), A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer with a specialized focus on mind/body connection, Certified Barre Instructor, Certified Myofascial Release Instructor, and Certified Core and Functional Fitness Instructor.


Jessica's expertise encompasses a multifaceted approach to fitness, reflecting her dedication to empowering others on their wellness journey.
