Jane McIntosh brings over 20 years of expertise to the health and wellness industry, where her passions lie in teaching Yoga and fitness classes and empowering individuals to instigate positive behavior change. 

She holds a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500) certification and is recognized as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Moreover, Jane is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and holds a Master’s degree in health education.

Her yoga classes are designed to be inclusive, welcoming participants of all levels. 

Jane's teaching style emphasizes breath, awareness, and alignment, creating a well-rounded practice for her students.
