Holli began a yoga practice over fifteen years ago and was struck by its transformative benefits and sense of connection she experienced. She believes yoga extends awareness on the yoga mat and off. After closing a business, she co-owned, she traveled across the United States for three months in an R.V. Soon after her and her husband moved to Wilmington, North Carolina.
She has completed a 200-hour (Hatha) teacher training and studied in-depth alignment -based yoga completing a 9-month Ayurveda course and registered an experienced teacher with Yoga Alliance.
In 2017 she graduated with an M.A. in Liberal Studies from UNC-Wilmington and published her first book of poetry. Holli’s classes are informed by the alignment of the body in Vinyasa sequences and Ayurveda with reverence for the ancient teachings of yoga. Aside from yoga, she’s a writer, adores her two dogs and enjoys aerial arts.
