about me

Beth's journey with yoga began in 2000 when she discovered the practice during her second pregnancy. What initially started as a form of exercise evolved into a transformative experience, positively impacting her physical and mental well-being. Motivated by this change, Beth pursued her passion further by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training program.

As a dedicated public-school teacher, Beth saw the potential of yoga beyond her personal practice and began sharing it with her colleagues through the Community Education Department at her school district. Eager to deepen her understanding, she enrolled in a 300-hour Healing Emphasis Yoga training program, which she completed in February of 2022.

Armed with newfound knowledge, Beth initiated yoga and mindfulness workshops within her school district, titled "Self-Care for Educators." These sessions address teachers' stressors and provide practical techniques for managing them, including insights into the brain's stress response and methods for fostering resilience. Through her workshops, Beth empowers educators to prioritize their well-being while equipping them with tools to support their students' holistic development.
