Tara is a seasoned yoga practitioner and teacher, health/wellness business professional, life coach, TEDx speaker and comedic performer.
Tara came to yoga more than 18 years ago seeking stress relief and life balance, and now loves to help students find the same. She teaches an array of yoga classes including: relaxation, movement, calming breath work and meditation.
Tara has worked with luminaries in the field of yoga, health, and personal development, and brings that knowledge as well as her calm energy, and sense of humor to classes.
