I am a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Spouse Master Resilience Trainer with a background in medicine leading military spouses to reconnect with their intuition in order to achieve overall wellness and resilience through a variety of modalities.
A NASM-certified behavior change and fitness nutrition specialist, writer, speaker, VETOGA yoga & meditation instructor, and classically trained chef.
An advocate for the general wellness and resilience of the military community, I was twice nominated in 2020 as Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year, bringing my efforts to spread wellness, resilience, and volunteer opportunities to military families to the forefront. Recently, I was recommended by my husband's unit for and completed the Army's Master Resilience Trainer course.
I have also been recognized by and received awards from several Army units for my efforts to empower Military spouses including the Patriotic Public Service Award
In my "spare time", I am a mom, Army wife, Soldier & Family Readiness Group leader, dedicated volunteer, avid reader, artist, and Tudor & Harry Potter fanatic.
