Kaitlin is passionate about yoga and meditation and the way it can improve the lives of others.
She has been studying yoga and meditation since 2012 and has been teaching since 2020. Her specialties are Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Pranayama (breath) techniques.
Certified and very passionate about working with veterans, active duty military, along with their friends, family, and caregivers. Kaitlin has trained with Warriors at Ease and has completed by Level 1 Certification.
